1. Pre-Service Reminder & Lawn Prep Guidance

About a week before your scheduled service, we’ll reach out to remind you and offer simple tips to prepare your lawn—like watering thoroughly and mowing low.

2. Aeration for Better Germination (Optional but Recommended)

If you also book our core aeration service, we’ll perform it before overseeding. Aeration opens up the soil so seeds can fall directly into the holes, improving seed-to-soil contact and increasing germination success.

3. Seeding With Premium Grass Blends

We use a high-quality mix of fescue and Kentucky bluegrass seeds that are adapted for our Kansas climate. Our team spreads seed evenly across the entire lawn, with special attention to thin or damaged areas.

4. Starter Fertilizer Application

If you’re enrolled in our fertilization program, we’ll apply a kickstarter fertilizer right after overseeding to give your new seedlings a head start.

5. Spring Follow-Up & Touch-Up Reseeding

In the spring, we return to evaluate your lawn’s growth. If we see areas that didn’t fill in as expected, we’ll reseed them at no extra cost to ensure you get the lush results you’re after.
